About Me

I am Wayne Grant, the developer of KeyStore Explorer (KSE). I have over 13 years experience as a software developer. In the last four years I have discovered, and become a keen proponent of, Agile software development and project management methodologies. I currently hold a position as an application developer and ScrumMaster.

KSE started life in 2001 as the open source project KeyTool GUI. My intention was to provide a simple to use alternative to the command-line keytool. In 2004 I founded Lazgo Software Ltd. with the goal of commercialising my work. To accomplish this I took the tool closed source and renamed it.

After more than six successful running Lazgo Software I took the difficult decision to close down the business. The realities of running a company meant that I was spending substantial time on the business side that would have been more enjoyably utilised further developing the product. So in 2010 I made KSE free, although it has remained close source.
